The Deep Dive into Gazebo Seminar organized by the Robotics Club provided an immersive, hands-on experience in advanced robotics, showcasing a critical tool for modern engineering. It provided a platform for students to explore the complexities of robot design and control in a virtual environment. The seminar aimed to equip participants with practical skills in Gazebo, fostering innovation and problem-solving abilities within the Amrita engineering community.

The seminar was designed to introduce students to Gazebo, a powerful 3D robotics simulator. Gazebo is an essential tool in modern robotics, allowing students to design, test, and iterate on robot models and algorithms in a realistic virtual environment. This approach enables complex testing without the risk and expense associated with physical hardware, providing a safe and effective platform for learning.
Event Proceedings and Key Activities : The Robotics Club successfully held the software event, guiding students through a series of hands-on Gazebo simulations. The session covered core concepts such as model creation, physics properties, and control mechanisms.
