About The Boot camp

Quantum Horizons 2026 is an intensive three-day boot camp designed to take learners on a comprehensive journey through Quantum Computing, starting with the fundamentals and progressing to advanced applications. The program is aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, and professionals who are eager to build practical and theoretical expertise in quantum technologies. The boot camp encompasses expert lectures, hands-on sessions, and interactive problem-solving activities. Participants will engage with cutting-edge concepts, tools, and methodologies that are shaping the forefront of computation and emerging technologies.

  • Qubits, superposition, and entanglement
  • Quantum gates and circuits
  • Intro to quantum programming platforms (Qiskit / IBM Quantum Experience)
  • Hands-on lab sessions

5 March 2026 | Intermediate Level

  • Overview of quantum algorithms
  • Deutsch–Jozsa
  • Grover’s
  • Shor’s
  • Hands-on sessions using simulators
  • Basics of noise and decoherence

6 March 2026 | Advanced Applications

  • Quantum Machine Learning
  • Quantum Cryptography
  • Research trends and industry perspectives
  • Demonstrations on real quantum hardware (where feasible)
  • Computation challenge and prize distribution

On the final day, participants will engage in a computation challenge, applying their learning to practical problems.

First prize - ₹10,000
Second Prize - ₹7,500
Third Prize – ₹5,000
Certificates will also be awarded to all participants.
